Do you have a retail location?
No. Observant Needle is exclusively an online store operating out of Peabody, Massachusetts.
I want to place an order, but I’m having a hard time visualizing what my personalization will look like. Can you help?
Yes! If you would like to get a better idea of how your personalization will look, please Contact Us with your font and thread choice. We will send you a digital mock-up of your personalization choice so that you can place your order with confidence.
How can I tell a thread color's name based on the thumbnail images provided?
If you're on a desktop computer, you can simply hover over each thumbnail image to find out the name of the thread color.  If you're on a mobile device, you'll have to select a thread color and add the item to your cart in order to find out the thread color's name. The name of the thread color you selected will be included in your shopping cart details.
Can I make a change to my order after it has been placed?
It depends. If you find that you made an error after placing your order, please Contact Us immediately. If we haven’t already started processing your order then we will do our best to accommodate the change. However, there is no guarantee that we will be able to honor the change.
Do you offer custom embroidery?
As a small shop, we are unable to handle high-volume custom embroidery orders (such as corporate business logos). To be honest, you would probably get a better price at a traditional embroidery shop that specializes in custom embroidery and has the equipment to efficiently process these types of orders.
